Commercial Invoice

In international trade, a commercial invoice is an important document provided by the exporter to the importer. The buyer or the importer uses this invoice – and other shipping documents – to clear the shipment at customs in the country of import.

Packing List

A packing list is a document used in international trade. It provides the exporter, international freight forwarder, and ultimate consignee with information about the shipment, including how it's packed, the dimensions and weight of each package, and the marks and numbers that are noted on the outside of the boxes.

Detailed Packing List

A detailed packing list offers all relevant information related to a particular shipment. As per India’s Foreign Trade Policy, it is one of the mandatory documents required for the export of goods from the country. Xport-Pro software lets you customize the detailed packing list as per the columns and details the export wishes to print on the document. Eg. Manufacturing date, expiry date, batch no., Ctn No., Nt Wt per Ct, etc.

GST Export Invoice

If IGST is involved on any exports from India, the Export Invoice has to be reflected an endorsement as “Supply meant for Export on Payment of IGST” or “Supply meant for Export under bond without payment of IGST”. The export invoice in its format as well as particulars is same as the normal tax invoice under GST. However, there are certain additional details that form part of GST Export Invoice.
